Healthy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients Healthy Chicken Pasta:

-Baceless chicken cubes 250g
-Adrak lehsan unama (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Spice -Italian ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper) ½ tsp
-Olive oil 1 tsp

Prepare homemade pesto:

-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) leaves ½ Cup
– Fresh basil leaves ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1-2 drops
-Jesus ruled ½ tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Water 2 tbs or as needed
-Fast oats 2-3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) with as much sodium 1 Cup or as needed
-Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup
-Kali glass (black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried basil leaves 1 tsp
-Prepo homemade prepared 3 tbs
– 150g whole wheat pasta (boiled as per packet)
-Parmesan cheese 2 tbs
-Parmesan cheese
– Freshly chopped basil leaves

Guidelines:

  • In a bowl, add the chicken bones without cubes, ginger add ginger, salt, Italian spice, black pepper powder and mix well, cover and leave for 15 minutes.
  • In the wok, add the olive oil, fry the chicken and mix well until it changes color and cook until done (6-8 minutes) and set aside.

Prepare homemade pesto:

  • In the spice mixer, add the almonds and mix well.
  • Add garlic, fresh coriander, fresh basil leaves, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, water and mix well to make a paste.
  • In a spice mixture, add quick oats and mix to make a fine flour and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add the butter and let it melt.
  • Mix garlic and mix well.
  • Add ground oats and mix well.
  • Add chicken breast, beat continuously and bring to a boil.
  • Now add the milk and whisk well.
  • Add the crushed black pepper, salt and dried basil, whisk well and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Mix 3 tbs of prepared pesto, mix well and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add boiled wheat pasta and mix well.
  • Add cooked chicken and mix well.
  • Turn off the flame, add the parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Drip parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves and serve with homemade pesto!
