Fixings:

• Mutton boneless 3D squares 250g

• Water 500 ml or as required

• Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

• Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

• Adrak lehsan glue (Ginger garlic glue) 1 tbs

• Mutton blend boti ½ kg

• Tamatar (Tomatoes) cut 300g

• Hari mirch (Green chillies) cuts 2

• Lal mirch (Red stew) squashed 1 tsp

• Zeera (Cumin seeds) broiled and squashed 1 tbs

• Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) hacked 2-3 tbs

• Mutton boneless 3D squares 250g

• Ghee ½ Cup

• Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp

• Adrak lehsan glue (Ginger garlic glue) 1 tbs

• Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup

• Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) hacked 2 tbs

• Kali mirch (Black pepper) squashed 1 tsp

• Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) broiled and squashed 1 tbs

• Garam masala powder 1 tsp

• Adrak (Ginger) julienne

• Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) hacked

• Lemon

Bearings:

  • Finley hack sheep boneless into mince and put in a safe spot.
  • In a wok,add water,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic glue and blend well.
  • Include lamb blend boti and blend well.
  • Add  tomatoes,mix well and carry it to boil,cover and cook on medium fire until meat is delicate (30-35 minutes).
  • Include green chillies,red bean stew crushed,cumin seeds and new coriander,mix well and cook on high fire until water is decreased (2-3 minutes) and put in a safe spot.
  • In a wok,add ghee and let it soften.
  • Include cumin seeds and blend well.
  • Take ginger garlic paste,mix well and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Include hand slashed lamb mince and blend well until it changes shading.
  • Presently include cooked mutton,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Include yogurt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Put new coriander and blend well.
  • Include dark pepper crushed,coriander seeds and garam masala powder,mix well and cook until oil isolates.
  • Enhancement with ginger,fresh coriander,lemon and serve!
