Spicy Beef Shwarma

Spicy Beef Shwarma.This weekend make Beef Kabab Shawarma at home and enjoy with the family.

Ingredients Spicy Beef Shwarma:

Prepare Sharawarma Garlic Mayo Sauce:

• Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup

• Lehsan (Garlic) 4-7 cloves

• Dried oregano 2 tsp

• Namak (Salt) 2 pinch or to taste

• Safed til (sesame seeds) fried 1 tbs

• Juice of 1 & bs tbs

• Mayonnaise 2 Cup

• Replace Hot Sauce:

• Water 1 & ½ Cup

• Tomato (Tomato) peeled 3 medium

• Sabut lal mirch (Button chillies red button) 10 – 12

• Roasted and crushed Zeera (Cumin seeds)

• Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

• Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2-3 cloves

Prepare for Shakawarma Beef Kababs:

• Bold meat Be kg

• Hot sauce 1 tbs

• Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs

• Lemon juice 2 tbs

• Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) or flavors

• Kali mirch (black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

• Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp

• Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

• I-Garam masala powder 1 tsp

• Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste

• Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs

• Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp

• Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tsp

• Boil oil for 2-4 tbs

Prepare Vegetables:

• Cooking oil for 1-2 tbs

• Pyaz (Onion) cut 1 Cup

• Band gobhi (Cabbage) cut 1 cup

• Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 middle

• Kali mirch (black Pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste

• Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

• Pita bread 4 or as needed

Merge Spicy Beef Shwarma:

• Prepared salad

• Preparation of prepared hot shawarma

• Fried beef slices

• Cucumber slices

• Prepared salad

• Preparation of prepared garlic shawarma

• Preparation of prepared hot shawarma

Guidelines:

Prepare Sharawarma Garlic Mayo Sauce:

  • In a blender pot, add milk, garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, sesame seeds, lemon juice & mix well.
  • Add mayonnaise & mix again.Shawarma Garlic Mayo sauce is ready!

Prepare Shawarma Hot Sauce:

  • In a pan, add water, tomatoes, red pepper, crumbs, salt and garlic, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes then cover and cook over low heat until the tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) and mix until tender. the sauce is smoothed with the help of a blender and cook over high heat until firm (2-3 minutes).
  • Let it cool. Shawarma hot red sauce is ready!

Prepare Beef Shawarma Kababs:

  • For the cake, add plain red meat, hot salt, vinegar, lemon juice, red chilli red, crushed black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, tikka masala, garlic powder, ginger powder & chop until well combined.
  • On a working surface, place a cling film, add the beef mixture and roll well to make a web and freeze until firm (6-8 hours or overnight).
  • It can be stored in the refrigerator for two months.
  • Remove from the fridge, remove the adhesive film and cut into small pieces with the help of a knife.
  • In a frying pan, add the cooking oil and slices of kabab until golden brown.
  • Now cut the pieces into two halves and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables:

  • In a griddle, add cooking oil, onion, cabbage, capsicum, crushed black pepper, salt & fry for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
  • Heat griddle & toast pita bread from both sides until golden.

Merge:

  • Cut the pita bread into 2 pieces and make a pocket in it.
  • For pita bread, add vegetables, hot shawarma hot sauce, beef shwarma kabab, cucumber slices, vegetables, shawarma garlic mayo sauce and shawarma hot sauce (make 6-8) & serve !
