Ingredients:

Prepare Bun Kabab Chutney:

-Lehsan (Garlic) clove 6-7-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3
-Sabut lal mirch (red button chillies) 4-7
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) a few
-Podina (Mint leaves) is strong
Zeera (Cumin Seeds) Grinded & crushed 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pan of milk (Tamarind Water) 1 cup (40g tamarind added to 2 Cup water)

Adjust the Cage (Mutton Courage):

-Mutton cart (Mutton Liver) cubes ½ kg
-Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger ginger) crushed 1.5tbs
-Zeera (Cumin Seeds) Grinded & crushed 2 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) fried and crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder 2 tsp
Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) or t or taste
-Dahi (Yogurt) 4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Oil cooking ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) cut 2 large
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) chopped 2-4 tbs

Merge:

-Bombs
-Bun kabab chutney
Revised mutton liver
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Bun kabab chutney
Cooking oil 1 tsp

Guidelines:

Prepare Bun Kabab Chutney:

  • -In choppers, add garlic, green chillies, red chillies, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt & mix well.
  • Water the tamarind, mix and set aside.
  • Adjust the Cage (Mutton Courage):
  • -In a bowl, add mutton liver, vinegar & mix well.
  • -Ginger ginger, cuminand seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala powder, crushed red chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, yogurt, salt & mix well, cover and go well and 30 minutes.
  • -In the griddle, add the cooking oil, onion and fry until lightly browned.
    -Now add the machine-made liver, mix well and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • -Add fresh coriander, mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • -Now move the cooked liver to another set.
  • -But the bun from the center and toast on a burning griddle from both sides with cooking oil.
  • -On the other side of the bun, add a bun kabab chutney, cooked mutton liver and onion rings.
  • -On the upper side of the bun, add and spread the bun kabab chutney and flip to make a bun kabab (make 5-6).
  • -Add cooking oil and toast bun kabab from both sides.
  • -Save kale kabab bun with onions and bun kabab chutney.
