Spicy Katsu Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

Grinded vegetables:

-A cup of ater
-Syrup (Vinegar) ¼ cup
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Bob box (Cabbage) julienne 1 cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 cup
-Test (cucumber) julienne 1 cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring Onion) Julienne cup ½

Sriracha Mayo sauce:

-Sriracha sausage 3 tbs
-Mayonnaise ¾ cup
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Tile (sesame seeds) fried 3 tbs

Katsu Fried Chicken:

-Chicken fillet 200gms
-Kali mirch (black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Anday (Eggs) hit 3
– Bread crumbs
-Maida (whole-purpose flour) 1 & ½ cup
-Chicken powder 3 tbs
Cooking Oil

Meeting:

The burger bun
-Sriracha mayo sauce
-Crafted vegetables
-Sriracha mayo sauce
-Crafted vegetables
-Katsu fried chicken
-Sriracha mayo sauce

Directions:

-In a bowl add water, vinegar, sugar and mix well.

-Cabbage – Add, carrot, cucumber, spring onion and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

-Press the liquid and set aside. Fried vegetables are good.

-In a small bowl add the sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sesame seeds, mix until well combined and set aside. Sriracha mayo sauce is ready.

-Cut chicken fillet straight into 2 places and pound both sides with the help of a steak hammer.

-Pepper black pepper crushed, salt and remove it gently with the help of fingers. Turn sides and repeat the same. Let them rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

– Add the poached eggs to the plate and the bread crumbs to another plate.

– In another meal add the flour for all purposes, chicken powder mix well, set aside.

– Swirl a piece of hot chicken, flour the beaten egg, and securely slice a loaf of bread from both sides.

-Katsu’s frozen chicken can be kept in the fridge for up to 1 month.

-In a frying pan add the cooking oil and fry the chicken patties in medium heat until golden brown on both sides (3-4 minutes per side).
