Special Dahi Chaat. Here is another best recipe for Dahi phulki chaat you can make at home. From sour to sugary and tangy to spicy, this recipe has all the flavor in one bowl.


-Dahi (Yogurt) 500g

-Nakak (Salt) ½ tsp or taste

Inste Meethi Chutney:

-Sugar 2 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Saunf (Fennel Seed) for ½ tsp

– Measure the mark (Black salt) 1/4 tsp

-Sonth (Dried ginger powder) ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin Seed) roasted and crushed ½ tsp

-Nakak (Salt) ½ tsp or taste

-Gur (Jaggery) 150g

-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 Cup

Green Chutney:

Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup

-Hara dhania (New Coriander) ½ Cup

Lemon juice 2 tbs

-2 tbs or as needed

-Nakak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or taste

-Lehsan (Garlic) clove 2

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2-3

Prepare for Baisan Phulkiyan:

-Baisan (Gram flour) filtered 1 & ½ Cup

-3/4 Cup or as needed

-Nakak (Salt) ½ tsp or taste

-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin Seed) roasted and crushed ½ tsp

-Taking the powder ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or taste

Cooking oil-frying

– Warm water as needed

Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed

-Cheat masala

-Aoo (Potato) is boiled and boiled

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled

-Tamatar (Tomato) has been delivered and arrested

-Pazaz (Onion) sliced

-Methiethi chutney

-Green chutney



-A bowl, yogurt, salt, whisk well & set aside.

Inste Meethi Chutney:

-In a blender, add sugar, crushed chilli powder, fennel seeds, black salt, dried ginger powder, cumin seeds, salt, jaggery, tamarind pulp, mix well & set aside.

Green Chutney:

In a grinder, add mint leaves, fresh coriander, lemon juice, water, salt, garlic, green chilli, grind well & set aside.

Prepare for Baisan Phulkiyan:

-In a bowl, add gram flour, slowly add water and mix continuously for 3-4 minutes.

Salt – Add, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, baking powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

-In wok, heat cooking oil and fry phulkiyan until golden brown.

-In a bowl, add warm water, phulkiyan and let it soak for 20-25 minutes, drain it, strain and squeeze more water.


-In a serving bowl, add yogurt, phulkiyan, crushed red chilli, chaat masala, potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, meethi chutney, green chutney, papri , yogurt, meethi chutney, green chutney, crushed red chilli, tomatoes!
