Material:

  • Potato Tikki is ready:
  • Boiled peas 1/4 cup
  • Chana dal (split Bengal gram) boiled (cup
  • Cumin (Cumin) roasted and crushed 1 & umin spoon
  • Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
  • Green Chillies (Green Chillies) chopped 1 tsp
  • Salt (salt) 1 teaspoon or to taste
  • Coriander (fresh coriander) chopped 2 tsp
  • Mint (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tsp
  • Potatoes boiled and peeled ato kg
  • Corn flour 4-5 tons
  • Chawal ka atta (rice flour) 3 tables
  • Salt (salt) 1 teaspoon or to taste
  • cooking oil for frying

Green chutney is ready:

  • Garlic (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
  • Mint (Mint leaves). The cup
  • Hara coriander (fresh coriander) ia cup
  • Green Chillies (Green Chillies) 3-4
  • Salt (salt) or teaspoon or to taste
  • Cumin roasted and crushed era tbs
  • Curd (yogurt) 3 tbs

Prepare fenugreek sauce:

  • Cheney (Chinese). The cup

Assembling:

  • Boiled chickpeas (chickpeas)
  • Fenugreek sauce
  • Beat curd (curd)
  • Green chutney
  • Tamar (Tomato) chopped
  • Onions sliced
  • Nimco Save

Direction:

Potato Tikki is ready:

  • In the bowl, add peas, add Bengal gram, cumin, chaat masala, red chili powder, green chillies, salt, fresh coriander, mint leaves and mix well and then mash it a little and keep aside.
  • In the bowl, grate the potatoes with the help of a grater.
  • Add corn flour, rice flour, salt and mix well.
  • Grease the hands with oil and take a mixture, make a ball and flatten the ball with the help of hands.
  • Add the prepared stuffing in the center then press and seal all the edges to make the kebabs (makes 8-10).
  • In the frying pan, add cooking oil and fry the kebabs till they are golden brown on both sides.

Green chutney is ready:

  • In the chopper, add garlic, mint leaves, fresh coriander, green chillies, salt, cumin, yogurt and mix well.
  • Prepare fenugreek sauce:
  •  Kashmiri red chillies powder, black salt, cumin, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and water, mix well and boil and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. .

Assembling:

  • To serve on a plate, serve aloe tikki, boiled chickpea, red chutney, curd, green chutney, tomato, onion, curd, fenugreek sauce, Nimco Sev and Serve.
