Material:

Potatoes and Cheese:

  • Aloo (Potato) 300 grams boiled and grated
  • Namak (salt) or teaspoon or to taste
  • Red Chilli (Red Chilli) 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder (garlic powder) powder tsp
  • Paricar powder 1 teaspoon
  • Two parsley 2 tablespoons
  • Cedar Paneer Grated Cheese Cups
  • Potatoes with Tandoori Masala:
  • Aloo (Potato) 300 grams boiled and grated
  • Green chili chopped and 1 tsp
  • Garlic (garlic) crushed 1 teaspoon
  • Tandoori Masala. TBS
  • Namak (salt) or teaspoon or to taste
  • Hot Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder (black pepper powder). Small spoon
  • Hara Dhania (fresh coriander) Cut 2-3 baskets
  • Maida (all-purpose flour) 1 cup or as required
  • Anda (egg) whisk 2
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup or as required
  • Taking oil to roast

Direction:

Potatoes and Cheese:

  • Add potatoes, salt, red chilli crush, garlic powder, paprika powder, parsley and mix it well.
  • Mix the cheddar cheese, mix well and set aside.
  • Potatoes with Tandoori Masala:
  • Add potatoes, green chillies, garlic, tandoori masala, salt, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, fresh coriander and mix well and keep aside.
  • On the tray, place the cling film and pour both the prepared potato mixture.
  • Remove the oil from the hands and spread the potato mixture evenly.
  • Cover with covering film and freeze for 1 hour.
  • Can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
  • Cut into triangular shape with the help of knife.
  • Now coat in all the flour and then in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  • Frying pan, cooking oil and fry on low heat till golden brown.
