Material:

  • Maida (all-purpose dough) 2 &. Cup sifted
  • Num (salt) 1 teaspoon

  • Water (water) ½ cup or as per need

Direction:

  • Add a bowl, chicken minced, curd, green chilli, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • In the pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until translucent.
  • Add garlic paste of ginger and mix well.
  • Pour tomato paste, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
